The Virtual Payer PPO Network
The "virtual payer" PPO network lets a diverse base of healthcare payers interact with providers as though they are a single organization. Providers benefit from dramatically streamlined operations including:
- A single MultiPlan-administered reimbursement source through which providers receive one payment reflecting all PHCS Savility claims due.
- A single claim submission method, so providers follow only one process when sending claims for PHCS Savility members.
- A single network ID card format with the PHCS Savility brand prominent. Providers learn only one ID card format for all participating payers.
- A single service organization. Providers contact MultiPlan for service, and then we bring in the client as needed so providers call only one number when issues arise.
